CLAIM-2026-08-07-06

AI Act Article 15(5) requires high-risk AI systems to be resilient against attempts by unauthorised third parties to alter their use, outputs or performance, and names 'inputs designed to cause the AI model to make a mistake (adversarial examples)' among the attacks to be prevented and detected.

Why it matters

It is the article most teams reach for and, for stand-alone high-risk systems, the one that does not bind yet. Knowing which clause is live this month is the difference between a control you must build now and one you may schedule.
