The K2-Horizon-375B-A23B model card states that "intermediate checkpoints, along with the data and the training code, will be released", and on day one the data, recipe, code and intermediates are public for the 3.7B and 7B models only.

Why it matters

The openness that would let a team audit the base is real for the small models and pending for the large ones, so a due-diligence record has to be dated per model rather than taken from the announcement.
