CLAIM-2026-09-08-05
K2-Horizon-375B-A23B is published under the apache-2.0 licence with 375 billion total parameters, 23 billion active per token, and a native context length of 512K (524,288 tokens).
Why it matters
The active-parameter and context figures are what a harness is sized against; the licence is what teams wrongly read as the compliance answer.
