OpenAI's Agents API guide states that the Agents API currently supports data residency only in the United States and does not support Zero Data Retention.

Why it matters

It decides whether an EU team can move an agent onto the endpoint at all, and it appears only in the documentation - the launch announcement is silent on residency and retention.
