AI Act Article 55(1)(c) requires providers of general-purpose AI models designated as having systemic risk to keep track of, document and report without undue delay to the AI Office relevant information about serious incidents.
Why it matters
It is the nearest thing in the Act to a misuse-reporting duty, and it attaches only to designated models.
