Annex III high-risk obligations under the AI Act were moved to 2 December 2027 by the Digital Omnibus, Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, in force 27 July 2026, while Article 50 transparency has applied since 2 August 2026 and the marking-of-generated-content obligation applies from 2 December 2026.
Why it matters
The duty that would ask you to supervise is fourteen months out; the one that binds today asks you to declare the machine, not to check its work.
